Fabulous experience. The staff made everything so nice. Condley, Richie, Kemar and Katy all went above and beyond. Food was great and made everything so easy. The mango drinks were a huge hit with the kids. They handled any logistics we needed. Plenty to do at the property and helped us plan the right level of excursions that we wanted. Nice that the area was not overly touristy. Beautiful home and amazing views. Very pleasantly surprised by Jamaica. It was a special trip and hope to return again one day. Overall a top notch family vacation.

SeaEsta was OVER THE TOP AWESOME! You get what you pay for and the higher price tag here was WELL worth it. Chef Richie, Butler Glen, Driver Kemar, Housekeeper (I can’t recall her name) — they were all so great and accommodating, going above and beyond. We got to watch a cargo ship unload and leave while we were there, which was a super cool experience! Plus the tree on the beach is a favorite of the pelicans! Zero complaints, literally nothing. Everything from the beautiful vehicle, to the scheduling of excursions…Jason and Gizelle hooked it up! We will definitely be back!

It was an absolutely glorious long weekend at SeaEsta with family and friends - all of us from Kingston. Chef Richie worked so hard, cooked wonderful food and did so seamlessly. He truly catered to what the adults and children wanted, cooking the steaks to perfection for those of us who love them rare and those wanting them medium/well. His fried fish, bammy and festival rivals the best at Hellshire. His Johnny cakes and breakfasts are the bomb! His lemon meringue pie and chocolate cake are a must. I honestly could go on and on. Ricardo, the sweetest gem of a human, served us drinks, coffee, fruit and so much more before we even knew we wanted them! He was incredibly attentive and kind to us all. Kamar kept everything looking fabulous around this beautiful airy villa, working well with Ricardo to attend to our every whim (like I said, before we even knew we wanted something). Kay was so gracious and kind, keeping our rooms and the villa tidy, bringing us fresh towels when we needed. She even made a lovely surprise on my bed on my birthday! In fact, from the moment we arrived, she had fresh wet towels to wipe off the hot Kingston grime from our faces, making us feel so welcome. All of them made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. I cannot stress enough about what a superb crew all four of them are! I miss them already and hope they will be safe with the hurricane looming close by.

One of our greatest vacations thanks to exceptional hosts and house staff who have thought of everything. The house is perfectly laid out for a large group. SeaEsta Paradise

Our group of three empty-nester couples booked a weeklong stay at Sea Esta Villa and had as perfect a vacation as anyone could expect. This house is a dream for a friends vacation because each bedroom has an equally luxurious en suite bathroom. There is a private beach, a fantastic pool with an unobstructed beach view, a tree-shaded, lighted patio area just steps from the beach with an adjacent outdoor dining area, and a great, huge outdoor covered patio with a view of the pool and beach beyond. We loved having meals in the dining area open to the front entry on one side and to the beach on the other side. The house is fully staffed with a chef, a butler, a housekeeper, and a groundskeeper/driver. The staff was friendly and attentive and all our meals were delicious and nicely presented.The property host was easy to work with when booking and her son, Jason, has a lot of knowledge of the area and its attractions. You would do well to talk to Jason about the activities you are considering before booking anything. Jason's knowledge and connections are definitely a valuable amenity of Sea Esta Villa that you may not get elsewhere. Those are just some of the reasons we loved our stay at Sea Esta. The house has a great vibe, incredible views, and a fantastic location -- safe and private, but not far from activities. We would not hesitate to recommend Sea Esta Villa and hope to return sometime.

Wow - we could not have been prepared for the beauty and ease of this trip. It started with Gizelle the property manager, gracefully answering all of my billion questions and setting up an easy arrival. Then, we were welcomed at the airport by Kemar at the for an easy transfer. Upon arrival, we met Kay, Riccardo, and Chef Ritchie -greeting us with cool towels and rum punch.The property is gorgeous - and immaculately kept. Chef Ritchie prepared us gorgeous and thoughtful cuisine - and was able to delight our Gluten-free friend with fresh GF bread/muffins/fried chicken/everything. The food was delicious - but also so beautifully prepared - I loved the salad rolled into the cucumber, the candied bacon twists, omg the best caesar salad ever, the pineapple upsidedown cake, the bass fish - i could go on. It was perfect.Riccardo our butler was always two steps ahead of us. Delighting us with pina coladas as we were sitting by the pool, planning an afternoon cheese, making iced coffee. He was creating beautiful floral arrangements for different tablescapes every meal. Ritchie created the 5 star food and Ricardo gave us the 5 star service with it. It was such a delight.Our group had a bit of an argument in the middle of the stay - and Ricardo and Kay showed such kindness and emotional intelligence in helping us get through it. Arranging for different table set ups and giving folks space and even hugs.I could keep on going - but there is a char limit!! GO!!!

Amazing vacation

My family ( 2 adults & 2 kids 7,8) and another family (2 adults & 2 kids 12,8) just returned home from this paradise. From the start this property was a dream! Gizelle was a pleasure to work with prior to arrival. She helped us organize some groceries and alcohol to be at the property on arrival. We wanted to make sure that we had stuff because things were closed for the Easter holiday. Kumar, the driver, was waiting for us on arrival. He was so kind and helpful all week! Ricardo was so unbelievably kind and helpful the whole week. He showed our kids how to catch lizards and would make them smoothies twice a day. His table decor was amazing and different every meal. We looked forward to seeing what it was going to be each time. Kay was so sweet and decorated our bedroom for my husband’s birthday as a total surprise. It was so cute! Chef Ricard was hands down one of the best chefs I’ve come across at a property! Every meal was delicious! We had some picky kids, one a vegetarian. He made sure they had delicious options for each meal. He also got the two 8 year olds to try so many new things. My son now likes several ne types of fish. We will definitely be returning to SeaEsta!

Amazing staff/Beautiful home

This was my first time visiting Jamaica. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed all the activities and amenities. The staff was kind and professional. Ricardo was great and tended to all of our needs. I can’t say enough about the chef. He was truly amazing and prepared the most delicious meals. The owners of the house were also very kind and promptly answered any questions we had. There were only a couple of issues that I came across and they were not the fault of the owners of the home. First, when it came time to pay for the food we ate, the company that they order the food from does not accept American Express. Second, there is a dock not far from the house and depending on when you are there, you might have a cargo ship in the distant background. It wasn’t a big enough factor that it stopped us from having a great time, but it was there for the last 3 days of our stay. Also, there is a minimum tip amount but if you don’t carry a lot of cash on you, you can Zelle the tip. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be booking another trip there in the future.

Fabulous family holiday!

Our family had a wonderful time at Seaesta at Bengal! The host and staff were very friendly and did everything possible to make our stay the best possible. The facility was well suited for our group of 8 adults with separate bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, space to lounge and enjoy the beautiful ocean view, and a lovely pool that was always clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Seaesta and will definitely recommend it to others, as well as return for another visit! Many thanks!!

BEST VRBO EVER

Best vacation/anniversary trip we have ever had in 24 years. The villa was absolutely stunning. The pictures are beautiful, but don’t do the place justice. The staff was kind, courteous, fun, attentive, and great at their jobs. The food was top notch both in quality and presentation. Chef Ritchie made us the best chocolate cake I’ve ever tasted for our anniversary. The owner Gizelle stopped by to check on us and make sure everything was good. That was a nice touch, it’s obvious she takes great pride in her beautiful property. The sound of the ocean while sitting by the beautiful pool having m coffee every day was the best. We will definitely book this VRBO again.

Beautiful Stay in Bengal Beach

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Bengal Beach at SeaEsta. Myself, and 4 girlfriends have come together to spend time together and celebrate our accomplishments. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every single meal prepared by the chef. The staff was phenomenal not missing a beat on anything we required. The property was in the perfect location a distance away from most towns but we were prepared for it. Everything was great especially the staff!!! The host wasn’t very pleasant, her driver incorrectly labeled his board with our guests name on arrival and she was very rude about it because they had difficulties locating each other at the airport. She didn’t even gesture an apology once she realized it was their error. In the preliminary planning, she threatened to cancel our booking because I didn’t respond as quickly as she’d like. She also forcefully had us pay gratuity up front before our stay, which we never mind leaving gratuity but felt invasive. Overall PHENOMENAL stay, but the host wasn’t always pleasant.

A piece of Paradise

A group of 8 adults celebrating a bday stayed for 5 nights and we had an amazing experience. The first night we arrived we were greeted with a vodka infused drink and a cold towel which was awesome. The chef Richie made delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The butler Ricardo was also available to tend to us and never skipped a beat. All the staff were amazing from the driver to the housekeeping service. The villa has everything you need and the beach is literally steps away and the pool is fabulous. I would recommend this villa and would book it again, again and again.

Family SeaEsta!

Our family of 10 walked into a breathtaking villa with a view of the pool and bay, the day before Hurricane Beryl hit. Gizelle had excellent staff prepared, so we really didn’t have much of a problem. The whole property is amazing! Chef Ritchie was so incredible, my sister in-law wanted to take him home with us. We will definitely tell family and friends about the villa. Next time we will hopefully not go during a hurricane. Thanks so much for our experience.

What a special week!

This was our first trip to Jamaica and Gizelle and her staff made it one to remember! I have never had such a relaxing vacation. We were spoiled with incredible food and drinks. The excursions that were recommended were such fun. The house was perfect for our group. We loved the huge pool and greenspace for the kids to play in. The adults' favorite spot was hanging out on the daybed under the tree just along the waters edge. We will highly recommend SeaEsta to any of our friends or family who want to visit Jamaica and hope that we are able to go back again some day.

SeaEsta is simply the best!

I cannot say enough good things about this villa! Don't think, just book it! If I could rate beyond 5 stars I would! Communication with Gazelle and Jason was clear and concise! Chef Ritchie is amazing, one of the highlights of our trip was his spectacular meals - just let him take over in the kitchen and you will not be disappointed! Travis the butler made the best drinks and was very attentive to all of our needs! We LOVED Travis, he is such an asset to the staff! Caroline the housekeeper is the sweetest, she kept our rooms fresh and clean always with a smile on her face! Kemar does it all! We appreciated his safe driving and he kept the grounds looking like paradise! We had Gazelle book massages with the other Caroline, best hour of my life, totally worth doing and very reasonably priced! The villa was very spacious for our family, everything pictured looked even more amazing in person. Loved the open air concept. Pool was nicely maintained and you are just steps away from the beach! This was truly an amazing vacation, one of the top ones our family has been all thanks in part to the crew at SeaEsta, we left feeling like they were our Jamaican family! Can't wait to visit in the future!

Beautiful views with a Modern Feel

Without the wonderful staff and beautiful home and views we would of had disappointing trip. Our weather unexpectedly had brought us rain and clouds for most of our trip, but the staff and home with the water views made the difference. The home was easy for us all to connect and play games while watching the waves and the staff worked tirelessly to ensure we were well fed! Once the clouds cleared the pool, beach and yard allowed us to capture the rays in style!

Memorable Christmas with family

To start off, the property is absolutely gorgeous. We were originally attracted to the property because of the pictures posted online, but what we saw when we arrived surpassed any expectations. The villa is beautifully located right on the water, very well designed with a modern Caribbean aesthetic. The grounds are meticulously maintained and immaculate. It is a perfect venue for hosting close family or friends, especially if you are looking for quiet time and relaxation. As amazing as the villa is, it was the staff that truly made the experience what it was. From arrival everyone was extremely profesional, welcoming and attentive. Chef Richie blew us away every day with a huge variety of Jamaican dishes (which was our stated preference prior to arrival). All meals tasted amazing and we were particularly delighted by his accommodation of gluten free options. Meals were really one of the highlights of our stay and easily surpassed anything you can get at resorts. Our advice would be to leave the meal planning to Chef Richie and let him surprise you each day. You won’t be disappointed! The rest of the staff (butler Travis, housekeeper Carolyne and groundsman Kemar) all did a fantastic job catering to our needs and keeping the property immaculate. To sum it up, we were looking for a property to host our family for Christmas and SeaEsta delivered well above expectations. We will cherish those memories for a long time and cannot wait to visit again.

Truly magical!

What can we say about our week long stay at this beautiful, special place. It was truly magical! For as beautiful as the pictures in the listing are, they do no justice to the place in real life. Just…wow! While the place is amazing and the backdrop of the beautiful island of Jamaica was ideal, this trip was made perfect because of the wonderful staff of SeaEsta. Travis met our every need, even ones we didn’t know we had…he was beyond thoughtful! Ritchie…all we can say is let him work his magic with little direction. Every single meal was AMAZING. Carolyn ensured our spaces were clean and beautiful and our family loved every moment in the van with Kemar. Thank you for giving our families this special memory.
