Disappointing Stay – More Like a Motel 6 Our stay was disappointing and not at all what we expected based on the property description. The room was very outdated and not properly cleaned. When we arrived late at night, none of the lights were working—they were unplugged, and the TV was also unplugged and not set up to use. We had to call staff, who were friendly and helpful, to come fix it and get the TV working. The air conditioning unit didn’t work during our stay, which was uncomfortable, but honestly, that was just one of several issues. The walls are extremely thin—you can clearly hear guests in other rooms showering, using the bathroom, and talking. During our visit, there were a lot of younger guests partying late into the night, and the noise was constant. One set of neighbors was smoking weed, and the smell easily came through the adjoining door to our room. Unfortunately, this property felt more like a low-budget motel than what we were expecting. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re okay with a bare-bones, noisy stay.

Pretty nice stay overall. Front desk staff are efficient and friendly. There are a few cosmetic things that could be fixed but the overall room is nice. Comfortable bed and a good size to the room (booked oversized room). Breakfast was good but gets very busy so arrive early. Walking distance to the beach was nice.

Clean, convenient, all the amenities of a basic hotel. Walls are very thin and the convenience of being right off the highway means you hear a lot of traffic. Walkability to Marina Dune Beach is a super highlight!

To start, mismatched bedding, mold and moisture on bathroom walls and ceiling, bathroom door had to be slammed to close, outside handle of bathroom door broken and hanging off, three of us two sets of towels. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in in my lifetime in terms of cleanliness. Staff was fine

They ran out of towels. We got 1 towel for 3 people two nights. 2nd night we lost power for at least a hour. The TV cable did not work. The shower had hair from previous stay. The breakfast is nice plus though. The rooms have new furniture. And hardware floors were new. Fresh paint on the outside so it does not look bad on the outside.

The property is in poor condition, with problems concerning the hot and cold water taps. The bathroom is extremely small, and no cleaning was carried out the following day. Overall, it did not offer good value for the money paid. However, the staff were friendly and helpful.
