The person at check in qas incredibly rude. He didn't want to give me a receipt. We did travel with 2 cats. He was very curt. The room was ok. The cloth shower curtains had stains. The sheets also had yellow stains on them. The housekeeper this morning was so kind and helpful! She should be the front desk agent.

The room was fine with the exception of the shower head almost clogged with mineralization. The hall to the room was nasty smelling but fortunately the room was ok. The breakfast was minimal.

The front desk staff was amazing helping me to ewnauee we had ajoining rooms once we were checking in. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were great as we had a situation where our two year old locked himself in one of the ajouning rooms and the door was padlocked and security locked. The maintenance man came back in and got our terrified grandson out. Everyone was wonderful in this scary situation.

The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. There are train tracks across the street with trains running at least once a night. Otherwise a very quiet location.

Not only was the facility not clean. It also had ants in the bathroom all over the floor our blanket was dirty. The coffee pot was dirty and the tray underneath it was dirty the pool and hot tub. We’re both closed however I don’t think we would’ve used them anyways because when we walked in there, they appeared dirty as well. They did not tell us this upon checking in and offered no compensation when we found out. The only thing that seemed truly clean was the sheets. I did message this property requesting at least a partial refund however they never responded.

The front desk staff was nice but upon arrival did not even have any lights on. I actually was not sure it was open. There is a "breakfast" service but very limited and the front desk asked ME when they should open it for me. Very quiet so that was a benefit.

Poor Hospitality

I booked two rooms for four people each (8 people total). The only rooms they had were king suites, so we assumed in order to sleep four, the couch must pull out into a bed. Which we were fine with. It did, but there were no pillows and blankets for the pull out beds! We called to get some and the front desk tried to tell us we would have to pay extra for them!?!? If I book a room for four people, I shouldn’t have to pay extra to get bedding for four people. We finally got him to agree to give us the bedding and then he said we would have to go get them from the front desk ourselves. It should have already been in the rooms. Then, even though we had one booking for two rooms, our rooms were not even on the same floor. The room on the main floor was FREEZING and would not warm up even when set to 90. The other room was ridiculously hot and would not cool down, even when we turned it off. For reference, it was about zero degrees outside. Wouldn’t have complained about the temperature but the rude customer service (or lack of) warranted a review.

The Continental Breakfast very skimpy. Ran out of Pancake mix, ran out of Coffee, did not offer to make more of each. The bed was so close to the wall I was not able to get out of it, had to slid down and get off on the end of the bed.
