Séjour Monticello

Excellente adresse au coeur du village, avec une terrasse très agréable ensoleillée le matin et le midi, vue sur mer.Mobilier de jardin très appréciable.Logement bien équipé, idéal pour 4 personnes.Bonne literie, cuisine bien équipée.Un plus avec une place de parking privée dans la cour.Logement au calme.Tout était parfait.

Peaceful and charming

Beautiful place in a beautiful village with a charming view over the mountains and - even far away a glimpse of the ocean. Perfect kitchen with everything you need to cook nice meals. The beds are comfortable and important the apartment is in walking distance to the restaurant A Pasturella which we love. We will definitely come back!

Summer holiday

We did arrive earlier as expected, this was non-issue we could directly enter the property. The garden has grown a lot which causes that the view to the sea is mostly blocked. The car drive way is hard to take narrow entry, don’t drive the way out left as you will enter a road full of sand and stone not made for a normal car. The property was not clean as we had expected, dust a lot of spiders etc…. The appartment is noisie from people living above, also earlie in the morning(6:30) We missed the bbq and a water cooking device. The Appermont is advertised smoke free, there as trays in the house and a lot of burned sigarets in the garden. The overall house is verry dark overday, you would always need lights on, but the curtains are not dark enough in cover the morning sun from wakking you as early in the morning the sun will shine into the house. Wifi signal is bad. We did do a lot of nice sightseeing it’s a nice part of corse. When leaving we could leave when we asked without issues.

Tout le confort au cœur du village

Grand appartement avec son jardinet, une belle vue sur la mer et Île Rousse à travers les arbres qui protègent de la chaleur. Barbecue et climatisation sont les bienvenus. Tout l'équipement necessaire est à disposition. Superbe banquette dans le salon. Le village est magnifique. Le plus : au calme et place de parking dans la cour ! Le moins : le matelas du grand lit un peu trop mou à notre goût.

Situation idéale

Location très bien située pour visiter la Balagne de Calvi à St Florent. Climatisation appréciée la nuit, sinon intérieur frais la journée. Logement fonctionnel dans un très beau village. Très contents de notre choix.

Location sympathique et tranquille

Charmante location , bien équipée et située à 5 min de l’île-Rousse. Une petite terrasse/jardin avec citronnier, amandier et oranger, permet de faire des barbecues et de manger dehors en été. Le cadre est tranquille, dans le village de Monticello, lui-même bien placé pour la visite de la Balagne. Le propriétaire est sympathique et affable.
