We stayed 2 nights and our room wasn't serviced - we needed new pool towels, coffee and lotion. We weren't fussed about having the beds changed or anything like that, but the pool policy is to bring towels from your room and ours were still wet from the day before. Otherwise, everything was excellent and service was great!
