Very helpful and great staff. Good location and great value for the money. Yes, it is a student residence type accommodation so it’s very basic, but it’s very clean and well located with great staff.

No Customer Service

Check in process was confusing and long. My bed sheets were soiled and the comforter was also soiled. When attempted to get this issue resolved with the “front desk” I was told to email the general email address as the manager on duty was too busy to address the issue with me in person. 6 days later I never heard back.

One should not expect much from the service from this hotel due to its low rate compared with surrounding hotels. While the front desk staff were usually friendly, we were annoyed that no room cleaning had been carried out in our 4 nights stay although room cleaning should be carried out every 3 days.

Loved the fact that the building had security and you needed a swipe card to access it. The location was perfect close enough to walk most places and getting there from the airport was easy. It was clean, well maintained and had everything you needed. Breakfast was excellent loved all the options.
