Wonderful

Really great experience staying at ApartHotel Prince Arthur. Wonderful location, great communication, beautiful space, very clean, and stocked with everything I needed for my stay. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again.

This property is located in a great and energetic neighbourhood, very convenient for shopping, food, and very walkable. Parking is pay but there are several lots close by. Mobility might be only issue as it is a walk up, but only 3 floors tops. Property managers were very communicative and helpful, even helped us carry our luggage out when we left! Only issues might be

The property was very clean, as if you are the first people to stay there. The location has good options for food right outside the door and there is a small grocery store directly across the street with Starbucks on the corner. The sheets and bed were sooooo comfortable. Parking was a short walk and very affordable. Highly recommend this gem.

Honestly, the apartment did not look like the photos that were posted. It was fine, but it was not very nice. There was an odour of urine that wasn’t very pleasant. We bought some air freshener, which really helped. The pullout bed is not comfortable at all, but the other main bed was actually very comfortable. I do have to say that the service was good though. I phoned the management company a couple of times, and they were very receptive to helping figure out how to use the air-conditioning, etc. I would not go there again, but as I said, it was a place to sleep and was OK.

The room was lovely and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the variety of great restaurants nearby. Even though the hotel is in a lively area, it was surprisingly quiet inside the apartment, which made for a very peaceful stay.

My favorite stay in Montreal

My stay here was fantastic. I was so pleased from the moment I walked in. The location is in my favorite Montreal neighborhood and within a stone’s throw of so many great places to eat and conveniences. The room itself was very well kept and super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the full kitchen and in-unit laundry was a great blessing. Communication was top notch. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you and I hope to book again soon.

Très bon appartement. Mais la chambre étant en dessous de la terrasse c’est bruyant si des personnes si trouve… et en bas de l immeuble beaucoup de rassemblement le soir ce qui gêne aussi. Mais très belle appartement et très propre. Je recommande tout de même !

This is a clean and uplifting space to book (as long as you're comfortable using stairs while carrying luggage). The building/rooms are secure. The in-room laundry was a lifesaver, since I'd been traveling for 2 weeks with limited ability to wash my clothes. Even though I stayed just one night, I got to do a little sightseeing on foot because of the fairly central location to various interesting architecture and shops.

I really liked the neighborhood and the fact that the subway was just a few mins away. The room was clean and good. There was no elevator, tooth brush, and slippers which could have made the stay better. The management was very responsive and friendly.
