There’s also a private coffee machine in the lobby, offering complimentary coffee whenever you need a boost.

Please note there are no designated accessibility spaces on‑site.

Your room is located on the 4th floor, the top level of the building. The elevator goes up to the 3rd floor, followed by a short staircase to reach your room. If you need assistance with your luggage, we’ll be happy to help.

*Early check-in / late check-out: $50 (subject to availability, must be arranged in advance)

- Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional fees or an extra night charge



*Occupancy

- Maximum room capacity must be respected

- Please inform us in advance if your booking needs to be updated



*Security & Access

- Valid ID is required for all guests upon check-in

- Do not share access cards with non-registered guests



*Lost access cards may incur a replacement fee

- Security cameras are in place in common areas for safety

- Smoking and prohibited substances usage are not permitted inside the property

- Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay

- Any issue should be reported promptly to avoid liability

- Interference with safety equipment will incur charges for repair or replacement, with a minimum fee of CAD 500.

- Documentation must be provided prior to check-in
