The room was beautiful and clean. Most hotels in downtown montreal show their age but not this one. Staff was so friendly and spoke English which is always a bonus for someone who doesnt speak French! I will stay here every time i go to Montréal.

nice comfortable beds, but the room need to be fixed. clog sink, leaky toilet, sewage issues (bath room smells like...). In addition to paying too much for one night, I was charged another extra $34 plus taxes for one night to park my car! If I had known that they charge that much to park a car, I would not have booked that hotel, NEVER!

Great Montreal hotel

Twas a wonderful stay, great staff, good served breakfast if you include it and amazing location for tourists. Only thing is the water pressure of the shower could be higher. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

When we booked this property, it promoted parking available. However when we checked it, the lot was full. The hotel staff recommended a safe parking partner. What they didn't share was that this was 13km away and when walking back from the car to the hotel at night, the savory characters in this area were more than concerning. This room was booked for my daughter who is young and left feeling very scared for her safety. I book approximately 250 rooms a year for my staff and family. Best Western is usually a safe bet. NOT in this case. Room and location are poor. Not fitting of the Best Western Plus status in my mind.

Found a live house centipede in the bathroom mat within 10 minutes of checking in. The room was 24 degrees when I got to my room to sleep and it was very very hot all night so wish the air conditioning was working before. Some of the pillow cases seem like a weird waterproof like plastic fabric and super uncomfortable. The staff was great but the condition of the room and hotel was not at all what I expected based on the reviews and pictures.
