Parking:

Street parking in Plateau Mont-Royal can be tricky — read signs carefully. You can't park on main avenues like Mont-Royal, and most side streets are for permit holders only. Other Things to Note:

This apartment is in a classic older building, typical of Montreal’s Plateau-Mont-Royal neighborhood, which is what makes it so appealing. It’s not a modern condo, but its authentic character and original details make it special. The windows are traditional guillotine style, and the floors have natural variations that add to the building’s charm. The unit is well-maintained and professionally cleaned, with effective heating and added window insulation during colder months to keep you comfortable. There is the potential for street noise, like traffic and passersby.

Group Stays: We manage all the units in this building and can host up to 35 guests across 5 apartments on 2 floors. If you’re travelling with a large group, reach out for a personalized offer.
