Prime location close to everything downtown. The parking exists, which is rare for the location, but could involve being blocked in, but proved easily managed during our stay. The stairs to the third floor were a workout, but we loved the spacious quiet room. We felt our needs were perfectly met here.

Good location and friendly staff. Attentive to our needs. An older place with multiple rooms but we got the private room with bath. The parking is a little strange but we didn't move the car at all so it felt safe in the back

Great location in Montreal, I happened to be near the International Jazz Festival. They have limited parking available, you have to leave your keys behind, which I did not like. For a solo traveller, this place was great for my needs, I spent most of my time out, I only needed a shower and place to sleep. I do recommend this for an affordable getaway.

This hotel is great if you’re just needing a place to sleep for a cheap price. The staff are very kind. Although it’s an old building, it’s got air conditioning! There’s no elevator, so if you’re not on the first floor you’ll be climbing some stairs. The room was clean, just the shower could have been professionally cleaned a bit better. This was my first time in Montreal and I found the location was perfect and centrally located within walking distance to everything I wanted to see (also near the metro station if unable to walk).
