The rooms are decent. They are clean and have very nice bathrooms. The location is not bad, a few blocks from downtown stuff, but not super close. The staff are a crapshoot. Some are very polite, helpful, and nice. Some are just plain rude. The really weird thing is like some rooms are apartments people are living in. Usually if a place does that, it is a whole floor or 2 where they separate the apartments. Here the apartment rooms are next to hotel rooms. The floor i was on there are 2 rooms with hotel card doors, and the rest have locks and standard deadbolts. Also downstairs there are mailing units for the people that live here. The pool is a joke and we were so disappointed. It is tiny and does not look like the pictures. You can fit like 4 people in it. I can't recommend this hotel.

This hotel was okay. Good to have access to parking. We weren’t happy with the service. There was no bath soap in our room at all when we arrived and we had to wait an unreasonable length of time for it when we noticed it. One of our guests bathed with shampoo, while the other used hand soap even though we called twice to report it.

Enjoyed staying in the suites. The floor smelled like smoke-perhaps because there are actual residents living there? The bathroom barn door didnt close properly. Otherwise it was clean and quiet . Convenient to more vibrant areas and nice to rent a car right at hotel

The hotel was lovely. We enjoyed the pool, proximity to the university, museums, and restaurants. The restaurant on site serves a fantastic breakfast, but our only complaint was with morning showers- I guess the hot water tank couldn’t keep up- and the day of our checkout we all dealt with cold showers.

The location is in a quiet area that is a close walk to St. Catherine Street shopping. It is a great location if you're seeing a show at the Bell Centre because it's an easy and safe walk that's less than 10 minutes.

The room was comfortable and well appointed and superbly clean (had a king studio) and spacious. Service was excellent. My vehicle considered high theft and I was provided a device to keep it safe, which thoroughly Impressed me. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Walkable to downtown and shopping of saint Catherine street and transit.

The room was clean, had a microwave and stove, all very nice, the only thing was that the room curtains would not block out the light. There are train tracks downstairs, good thing there are no trains at night to make noise. The front desk staff was very attentive.
