The staff r very helpful and kind . I stayed at this property 7 years ago and since then it has gone downhill very bad. Its very old. Iy has not been kept up well. I would not stay here again.

J’ai été profondément déçu de voir qu’on ne change pas les draps durant tout le séjour et le lit était fait avec un drap plat de grandeur simple donc le lit était à moitié couvert d’un drap pour le prix qu’on paye j’ose avoir un lit bien fait

It’s not a hotel, it’s a motel. It’s dirty and it stinks. We didn’t have hot water for 3 days. We kept calling the front desk and they didn’t do anything. I asked for fresh towels, we never got them. The day we checked in, I called down to the front desk to send someone because the room is really dirty. They said there is nothing they can do for the price I paid. Like who says that. staff is very rude. I asked them if there is any bus that goes towards downtown Montreal, and they just looked at me as if I was speaking gibberish. I will never come back to this dirty, stinky, nasty motel and I will make sure no one I know comes back here
