The rooms are nice and the lobby/entrance is excellent. Most materials used in construction are very cheap such as unfinished concrete panels. Door fixtures are so flimsy they are breaking. The gym is very nice but the equipment is hardly suitable for light home usage. The onsite restaurant (not run by the hotel) is superb. The breakfast room offered by the hotel is an embarrassment. Minimal choices and poor value. The Cosmopolitan restaurant across the street is superb. Overall the hotel is a pleasant place and good value.

Toujours un service sympa et un bon comfort dans la propreté. Je dors a cet Hotel 25 fois par année et je suis toujours un inconnu pour le personnel. Mais c’est correct. Ca me fait sourire a chaque fois qu’ils m’expliquent le fonctionnement. :)

Toujours un plaisir!

C'est toujours un plaisir pour moi de séjourner à cet hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique, les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses, et il est près du Centropolis. Cette fois-ci, j’ai même eu droit à un surclassement!!

Everything but the climate control

The hotel was fine but the problem was the temperature in the room would not stay stable and it would get hot and cold all night long the HVAC system in the rooms is terrible

It was nice. We had 2 things that were kind of meh. When we checked in, the room had not much toilet paper left and they had the little stamp on it so we know the cleaning staff saw it, we got in late so just went to bed and assumed it would get replace the next day during cleaning. Well we got back to the room the next day and it wasn't changed nor was a new one stocked for replacement. I also saw a cleaning cloth left on the bed headboard. The friendly staff saved it for the hotel though as they were all friendly.
