Room was at the back of the hotel. There is an exit, but after 11 pm it’s locked (even with access card), so you have to go all the way around the building to the main entrance - very inconvenient. Our toilet was broken and ran all night. We’ve been there a few times and like it there, but this time our experience was less than enjoyable.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful at checking and with a couple of other requests. Rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Included breakfast is amazing. The food in the lounge is also excellent.

Room needs improvement. We had stayed there before and we had a newly renovated room, but not this time. Worst part was we couldn't find parking until 11 pm. We were told by the manager on duty to find street parking or park at the convention centre across the road.
