Just the check in was late 5:30 pm room was not ready but the rooms were so clean and customer service was excellent and addressed my need fo support. The breakfast were so darn good and friendly guest service we will be back!

We booked this hotel because we loved it last year. This year we were Very Disappointed. Breakfast: there was a shortage of cutlery, plates, cups, butter, coffee, cream, and had to keep asking for these amenities. The Room: Cleaned only once in our 5 night stay. We had to chase down towels, and clean our own garbages. We did not book a hotel for $500.00 per night to make our own beds. Even though we requested these services, nothing was addressed. The hot tub was not useable as it was out for "maintenance". No attempt was made for compensation when we asked. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for these reasons.

Hotel was awesome and walking distance to old Montreal and port area. 7 minute walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral. There is a lot of homeless people on the area, however never a bother. Something I’m use to living in a major city like Toronto. Breakfast was good just difficult to find a spot to eat. Kids enjoyed pool on the 6th floor rooftop. Great stay.

Location was great to walk to Old Montreal and to the Eaton Centre. Disappointed in breakfast area. Extreme chaos, poorly laid out and seating was tricky. Food was good. Unfortunate customers didn't clean up after themsleves. Staff couldn't keep up, but were smiling and doing their best.

The rooms and hotel are fine. The lounge has ordinary cocktails and was a bit disappointing. The breakfast is a disaster. There are too many people for the size of the food service area. The staff tried their best to keep up with the demand of food but it was impossible. So many people hoarded food like they had never seen bacon or eggs. It’s was shameful to witness. Many Europeens were scandalized by the gluttonous behavior. As was I. They should serve the eggs, meat and other meals to people rather than free for all.

A solid option for those looking to visit Old Montreal. The breakfast buffet is great but gets extremely busy towards the end of service. Staff is fantastic.

Nice hotel, but very busy.

We were in town for a music festival and the location was very convenient with good access to the subway. The hotel was very busy but the room was clean and comfortable with good beds. The only negative was the extremely crowded breakfast space. With no limit on the number of people in the area, getting food and finding a table was at times impossible.
