We were not given the room we paid for. They told us that they had upgraded another customer to it the previous night. Because we had prepaid through Hotels.com, they said they could not refund us the difference in price between what we'd paid for and what we were getting. They ultimately gave us two roomwould have been okay hadprepaid through
