It is a 3-star hotel so that is what you get. We were not that close to the elevator but could hear it loud & clear, so we slept with the bathroom fan on. Smells from the other kitchens wafted into our room, so opened our window. Our room keys had to be reprogrammed several times but the staff was helpful. The beds & pillows were comfortable & the shampoo, conditioner & shower gel were well stocked.

We got our room up graded and we enjoyed. The 2 bedrooms suite were clean and spacious. We asked for late check out and the agreed to accomodated us. Matress are very comfortable and the staff are friendly. We hardly recommand it!!!

The hotel is in a great location, close to subway stations and China town, which offers lots of options for dining and shopping. Will definitely come back!

This hotel doesn’t have the daily cleaning services.. the room is only cleaned after 7days.. I did not know that .. parking is another 35& per day for underground .. I did not check for the additional cost .. Over all it is ok.. the location is good.. underground Parking is safe for the car.

Le parking est souterrain mais le prix par jour est extrêmement exagéré. En étant client se week-end à 612$ la chambre pour la 2 nuit . 80$ de parking ça coûter deux jour!!! Quand tu est client le prix devrais être non payant ou toute au pire bocoup moins cher

Didn’t even stay here because they had no safe place to park my truck camper. They wanted me to park in an unguarded parking lot surrounded by unfortunate homeless people. Even the parking lot attendant said I would be crazy to park there. He said my bike would be stolen, and my truck broken into. He said there’s no guard or parking attendant there at night. I called the hotel before I left when I learned that they had an underground garage and knew my truck camper would fit. They assured me that they had a safe place to park and that wasn’t the case!
