I CANNOT overstate how incredible the service was. From the second we pulled up, the valet was eager to help us unpack a car filled with kids and luggage. The room was giant and had a handy litttle kitchenette and fridge to prepare snacks for the kids. They had set up a pull out couch for them. The view was also great, felt like we were in Paris. We loved it and will recommend this to everyone. We went to club med charlevoix after and there was no help getting us from our car up to our room as we visibly struggled with all our stuff, it made us ever more grateful for the treatment we received at Saint Sulpice

The location was exceptional: right next to Notre-Dame, right next to shopping and restaurants, 5 min walk to closest metro. The room space was exceptional and clean. Beds were comfortable. Amenities were provided. Staff was very helpful. Only thing I didn't like was that the restaurant had limited hours for dinner (only 7-9pm).

Fav Montreal Hotel

Always a great stay! We stay at this hotel frequently. They make everything flow so smoothly, no stress with parking or luggage. The staff is amazing! They’re always friendly and helpful. The rooms are immaculately clean. The location is right in the center of old Montreal, so everything is walkable. I love the nespresso in the room and they even put creamer in the fridge so I can make a coffee without leaving the room. These are simple things that make every stay relaxing and enjoyable.

We just got back from a five night stay at this hotel and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff are all very nice in an unobtrusive way but responded to every query we had and gave us a lot of great suggestions when we needed it. The breakfast was delicious and there was such a plethora of options. Something for everyone! We had a room on the top floor that overlooked the patio area. Out room and the hotel in general was pleasantly decorated throughout and super clean which I really appreciated. There is no doubt I would stay here again!
