Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, place has more old-fashioned decor but in good shape. Great location, has valet parking but also several parking garages right next door that we used. Only disappointment was the pool - thought it was a hot tub when we looked at pictures but it's just a tiny swimming pool!

great stay, but some small things for amazing stay

I wish the bistro was available for room service/ some types of luxury snacks to purchase. Also, our bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke and I would prefer the Louvre bathroom option to have a secure lock position so that the person INSIDE the bathroom can control whether they wish to be seen. Increase the temp on the pool 1-2 degrees in the winter, as it could get chilly :) GREAT location and helpful staff. Overall I loved my time there and would stay again!

We really liked our stay! The heated outdoor pool was really great for our kids. Plenty of fun! Great area as well with lots to do. Super nice staff and very helpful! Will stay here again :)

the only complaints I would have was: 1. it wasnt very easy to find on the maps - their signage for the hotel but the staff was very helpful on the phone 2. the parking not fitting our vehicle.. wasnt a huge deal but it still didnt fit

Lovely Downtown Hotel

Lovely place to stay. Within easy walking distance of the Metro, McGill, and a nice walk away from the historic district. The staff were friendly and pleasantly replied in English to my fractured French. Highly recommend. The "dipping pool" was beautiful.
