I had a really disappointing experience after checking in.
I was staying only one night before flying overseas and have order an item needed for my overseas trip through amazing.
Unfortunately my flight was delay due the a winter storm and the package arrive at the hotel before me.
The reception area refused to keep the package and sent it back even though both the hotel reservation and the Amazon package were on my name.
I had ti contact the delivery company ti ask them ti try to make another delivery of the package. It was a very stressful situation that could’ve been avoided if only the hotel receptionist match the name of the package with a reservation.
I have done this in many other hotels with no problem at all.
