Beautiful new building but my husband and I have sleep apnea so we use a machine that needs to be plugged into an electric outlet. We had to disconnect the clock and charging pad in order to use those outlets.

Greeting was great no other added services such as empty the garbage after three day stay unless you requested it. The metal floor rails at elevator filthy. Marks on walls in room and paint chipped. Beds very uncomfortable poor mattresses. The hotel is not meant for a short vacation just a one night stop. I will not use Microtel again. Location was good for shopping. Had to request towels service was if you catch the housekeeping or come down and get towels at desk. Housekeeping came on my floor cleaning so hot towels and asked to empty garbage which they did.

The room was ok , went the for a hockey tournament for my grand Daughter , the staff were so not helpful and look annoyed every time you ask them for something, and rude . I was ok with the noise I knew it was full ok kids , ask her for a fork and it was just a NO and she made a face …. I would definitely go to another place

My only “negative” thing I have to say is I wish there was somewhere to put your stuff there was a closet but the counter was really small and there was no drawers or extra shelves/counter so it was a little “messy” with 4 people in a room. Other then that everything is awesome super clean great staff and delicious breakfast
