I arrived and pick up my keys , I couldn’t u Enter yo my room cause other people were in there , very frustrating to came back many times to the lobby. I thought my keys don’t work they issue new keys and still don’t work . Waited 1/2 hour for maintenance guys who discovered other people in the room. Again went to the lobby for another room, my company very frustrated carrying our belongings around the hotel.
