During Father’s Day weekend in a totally sold out hotel with a basketball tournament and a bar knuckle boxing event our elevator bank only had two out of four working this caused major delays. We encountered the same issue in the parking garage. The room had some darkness to it on the threshold between the room and the bathroom And the water pressure was pretty bad in the shower very disappointing. Seeing as this hotel is extra extraordinarily expensive.

The room was very clean and convenient with amenities. The mini bar is always a hit. During check-in, a man who we later believed to be an employee took a photo from behind me as I checked in at the kiosk as soon as my room number showed up. He then went over to the front desk area and talked with them for a while. We're not sure who he was but definitely wasn't a good look. My boyfriend & I were making sure to be even more aware of our surroundings as this was super odd and unsettling. I even changed my outfit to be sure it wasn't a creep. Everything else was great but probably wont be back because of our check-in experience.

Great stay

Wonderful hotel with a great convenience to so many fun places inside the Mohegan sun. Easy to get to the concert venue. Everyone was so friendly. The valet attendants are absolutely wonderful! All the staff is friendly. Room was perfect. Had a great time will return!

Booked a stay at Mohegan Sun for my wife’s birthday. We had an amazing stay at the hotel and can’t thank the staff enough! The hotel was beyond clean, bed was very comfortable and the security at the elevators made us see how much the hotel values safety. Can’t wait to return! We stayed at the Sun Tower.

I really enjoyed the outside fire pits..fun! The security of elevator/ room key needed. The close, short walk from Car Valet. The nice shower in room..the great water pressure in shower head. It was like a massage!! Great time as a whole at Casino.
