I got a call stating they were not able to accommodate my reservation because they had rooms that became out of service. They state they would refund my money and help me with accodations elsewhere. Come on now, all of a sudden you realized there was an event going on in the area and you want to sell my room for more. Come on people. Why be greedy? Thats how businesses fail. You try to make a quick buck. I am here now because i was an 1hr away and my room is available.

I didnt like the fact that they send you a copy of your receipt of your charges. When you look at your bank statement its an extra $50. Apparently there is a that i was unaware of. There is no menti I n of it on your receipt and the person checking you in is supposed to tell uou about it. I called the hotel and was told that since i paid with a debit card it can take up to 30 days to get it refunded. If i was told about the fee it wouldnt be a problem, however nothing was mentioned when i checked in or out. Some people dont have the extra money in their bank and it can cause an overdraft. My receipt says one thing and ny bank says another. Not very professional and highly unlikeley that i will be staying here again. Definiteley will not be recommending you to friends and family.
