The top blanket had some dried crust white stuff on it, the bed had a big divot in it so I kept rolling in it all night, the air conditioning didn’t work right so we had the window open all night so we heard everything. Such a bad experience

We were called the evening before checking in to advise us that we might have to be put up in an adjacent hotel due to a water leak. But on arrival we were pleased that the issue had been addressed. Reception staff were very friendly and congenial, and checked us in promptly. The room was clean with appropriate amenities, and the air conditioning was effective. Several dining options available within a five-minute walk. Would have no hesitation about staying here on a subsequent trip to Moose Jaw, as we have on several previous occasions.

hard to check in. arrived a few minutes early and were denied check in. sadly the parking lot was empty so pretty sure they had rooms. yhe room was clean and had had a recent refresh. the night was restless as it became very loud over the night from a group that were having a fight. the hotel needed to kick them out and not sure why they wouldnt. the morning was very hot in the halls and front lobby. the breakfast room was like a sauna. it was not comfortable at all. the breakfast offering was slim and not very good. overall we will try another hotel on a future stay. rates seemed to be better for other visitors that just used full rack rates vs my using xpedia.
