Did not enjoy my stay here. My first room I checked into was dirty, the surface of everything in that room was sticky with food on them like they did not wipe anything down when they cleaned which included the doors, walls, chairs, and tables. Thankfully they switched me into a cleaner room, which i was grateful for. The only issue I had was that there was a party going on in the room next to me and there were people arguing and screaming and banging aggressively on the walls and door's. This scared my kids so I called front desk to let them know of the situation. I had to call again 20 minutes later and the front desk clerk was not friendly at all. She told me to i had to be patient as the security gaurd was using the washroom and I had to wait. I let her know i had children in my room and the noise was getting worse. It wasnt until the third call that someone actually came up and dealt with it. I booked for 2 nights but because of my experience with the rooms being dirty and the one staff being unfriendly and not having something done right away when I felt unsafe I left early. I would not stay here again ever.

Very outdated and run down. Pool area paint chipping off walls and the floor. Stairs for the waterslide are starting to crack. Waterslide itself is old. Wouldnt recommended staying here

My first impression was of people standing around smoking then I got passed the porch where there was a glass pipe broken in the corner then you walk into the lobby where there are buckets catching the leaks in the ceiling. The corners of the floors were disgusting especially in the elevator and the bathroom. There was a beetle on my nightstand one night but the water park was fun for the kids but needs some serious upgrades. The pool and hot tub area is in dire need of a paint job. If there weren’t so many of us with booking for this place I would have cancelled it and booked somewhere else. Be warned it’s not overly clean. The server in the kitchen was awesome .

Pictures look great on line but not in person. Very dated and run down. Riff raff hanging around outside. Whats with all the lock your car and hide your belonging signs outside?!?!?! We had no control of Our room cool/heat control. Blew the breaker cause we put our micro wave on. Pool area paint wasnchipped andnrun down. Carpeta were stained and chairs in the room were also stained badly. Last time for that place

Hotel smelled old and gross. Bugs in shower and on floor. Nothing like baseboards have been cleaned in a very long time. We got a pool access room thinking it would be fun and easy with the kids. Our room was tucked in the corner right near a door to the main area that slammed constantly throughout the night. The pool was open until ten and loud due to music and very rude people using the facilities. The pool is why we booked here but the pictures are better than what is in actuality. The pool had so many people in it, who did not consider anyone. The stairs to the waterslide were gross. The restaurant at the hotel was basic. My husband found a hair in his salsa. I usually only leave five star reviews but wouldn’t want a family to waste their money on it.
