El servicio es de cinco estrellas: desde la recepción hasta el personal de limpieza, todos fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Me ofrecieron opciones para mejorar mi estancia y siempre estuvieron pendientes de que me sintiera cómodo. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo frente a la Catedral, y la experiencia en general fue muy bonita. El ambiente, la atención y el detalle en el servicio realmente marcan la diferencia. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería sin pensarlo.

I stayed at a room facing the street, Saturday night was way too noisy, I could heard the music until 2 am, they knew I had a toddler and gave me that room, both couldn’t sleep. AC doesn’t cool the room enough. Room was ok, clean. All the personnel were nice.

Too noisy, the hotel parking is not on property, and you can hear people from next door, we had a terrible experience. There was a group leaving and woke us up from 5:30 to 7:30 talking for hours. the hotel should ask big groops to be more quiet if they are leaving that early.
