This hotel is so perfectly located on a small plaza only 2 blocks from the center of the historic center. Hotel is an old building, so room layout is going to be tight. Well priced for what you receive. Young man who worked day shift was super helpful and kind. Evening staff not so much. No hot water in evenings, so be sure to shower in the morning.

Every thing was wrong, no elevator available and we got switched the third level, toilet was not flushing on day one. The bedding smelled like body odor. I think the price of the room is definitely not worth it.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, sin embargo la habitación doble, no es como la foto de la publicación. No hay espacio para transitar hacia el baño, el baño en malas condiciones, la coladera de la regadera tapada. Entra mucha luz en la noche y se escucha mucho ruido del exterior. No lo recomiendo.

Centrally located. Safe, rustic feel. Within walking to the cathedral. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast was basic. Rainfall shower had nice hot water. Clean. For the price, it’s more than adequate. Parking off site is very easy and convenient reasonable price.

A very Spanish style hotel with high ceilings and friendly staff. Very close the city center with lots of dining options and easy taxi access. Highly recommend this facility and very low cost, especially if you are on a budget.

The most objectionable item was the mildew smell is the downstairs entrance hall. The room was very small, and the bathroom closet size, with your legs hitting the door or sticking out in the shower. The view of the park is lovely but the noise is intolerable most of the time.
