Très bon emplacement mais propreté laissant à désirer

Appartement très bien situé et orienté, belle vue et soleil du matin au soir néanmoins pour une location à 1300€ il est honteux d’arriver dans un appartement avec une propreté négligée. Petite culotte retrouvée sous le lit ainsi qu’une bouteille d’eau, ménage non fait, poils et cheveux dans la douche ainsi que sur le rebord des toilettes avec une cuvette complètement cassée et par terre à notre arrivé. Le lave vaisselle n’était pas vidé et sur le balcon nous avons pu retrouver des couverts et des canettes. Un état des lieux serait nécessaire entre chaque clints.
