Mount Batur Tours and Activities

Amazing friendly staff who were always happy to help. This was our 3rd stay here and will come back again. The only thing I feel they could improve on is serving coffee a little earlier for the early risers. Breakfast starts at 7.30am however being able to just grab a coffee earlier would be great.

If your looking for a great place away from the hussle of kuta/legian this is the joint to just kick back and relax.

Outstanding resort that deserves 6 stars out of 5! Breathtaking views, unique design, exceptional service by every staff member from the manager, Pardy to the butlers, our restaurant staff and even the drivers and gardeners and the Spa staff. Best resort we have ever stayed in and we have travelled quite a bit. Rooms were wonderful, private and clean with lovely decor sourced locally.The food variety and presentation was incredible at the restaurant and so reasonably priced we rarely ate outside. They especially looked after us for our 30th Wedding Anniversary, creating a flower bath, candle lit dinner, and greeted us warmly with congratulations everywhere. Impeccable attention to detail!

Excellent hotel in quiet location. Great as a romantic short stay. There's a shuttle to Ubud or its a fair walk but through beautiful scenery . Went with some staff to a locals house and experienced part of their normal life. Staff are great, very warm, welcoming and accommodating.
