This Comfort Inn was new and the property and parking lot is very clean. The room did not disappoint either. The bathroom was fully stocked with a hairdryer, soap and makeup remover. The shower had shampoo and conditioner already in it that smelled nice-citrus and mint. The ac unit was easily adjustable and kept the room comfortable. The shade over the window kept the room private. The ice maker was down the hall. Last but not least, the bed was super comfortable with 4 pillows. There was also an armchair and a desk with a chair that you could eat a meal at or do remote work. The hotel was very quiet and the reception desk associate was very helpful and friendly. What a great stay. Looking forward to coming back!

Will fraudulently charge your card!! Scam hotel.

This hotel charged me $60 after my stay and claimed I smoked in the room. I’ve never smoked a day in my life and hate the smell of smoke. The whole hotel smells like smoke from people not following the rules and management not doing anything about it. This was an entirely fraudulent charge and a scam. I filed a dispute with my CC company and made a complaint to corporate. If I’m not refunded, I will sue this hotel just out of principle. It should be taken off your app because I’m sure they do the same thing to a lot of guests.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. The bathtub was horrible. The water didn't drain and there was a big patch where the tub was peeled off. The sink was leaking and they put a trash basket under it to catch the water. Honestly how is a hotel thinking it's adequate for anyone??

I enjoyed my stay there. It was quiet and peaceful. When I left my room key in the room, the staff was happy to give me another one and told me that I didn’t have to bring it back until I leave.

Personally, for me, I thought the bed was way too high. There was not an extra roll of toilet paper and there was absolutely no box of tissues at all. I know these seem like minimal things, but you should at least expect it during your stay.
