The hotel was gorgeous but after the concert there were cars right outside with blarring music and thumping so loud couldnt sleep. Then finally about 430 the cops ran them off. Just laid down to get some sleep and the fire alarm went off, causing us to evacuate. Arrived at 230. Checked in at 330 left for concert at 4 got back at midnight. Didnt get to even get 20 mins of sleep.

Parking Cost

Don't charge me to park my car in a lot that is on your premises. That's an insult for a faithful Hilton Honors member in a hotel that isn't in a city center.

Fabulous hotel with the most amazing bridge views, right on the water front! Hotel was clean and staff were great. Would not go back to the restaurant again, service was terrible and food was just ok. There is an espresso maker in the hotel lobby which was nice because local coffee options are limited.

The checkin and front desk staff was great. The facility and the surrounding area was great. This hotel is right on the riverfront where the fireworks take place on 4th of July. They were amazing and so was the boardwalk in area around it. This was the positive. However the negative destroyed our opinion of the hotel. 1: Whoever's managing this company is not doing a very good job. The toilet seats in the community bathrooms have loose seats. This may sound small but it's not very nice when it slips off the base. And it's not just the men's room it's the women's also. Who is the person paying attention to the small details that make a great customer experience? That person either needs to wake up or be changed. 2: what is going on with the restaurant? We tried to get dinner in before the fireworks. We sat at the bar. We waited over an hour for our dinner and it still wasn't there. We got up and basically left. The people who were there before us still hadn't been served when we left. 3.

Clean and spacious. The view of the Ben Franklin Bridge at night is beautiful. Fire works each night I stayed there. The end of June is a wonderful time to visit to see the fire works. The River had catfish and you see plenty of people fishing.

Great hotel and surrounding areas until you go about a half mile radius around the property. Easy access to Philadelphia. We parked on the hotel grounds, but I did not know we had to pay for parking so being charged $100 after our trip was a surprise.
