The worse service we gad ever, we left the place , not stayed The room fob did not work. Went done to notify the reception guy , he did not care much , the second room fob bot worked either !! I would not think about staying there even if it was free!

The hotel was overpriced for the quality BUT they also charged $200 to my account for incidental, not just put a hold like every other hotel. My card being US caused me to lose over $10 because they charged the card and then returned the money. Further, it took over a week for the money to return to my account. I will never stay at a Super 8 again. When I called they said it was their policy. NO other hotel that I have stayed at does that!

So we found a steak knife under the bed (pic available) with some loose Cheerios and a condom wrapper. The breakfast was a bagel in plastic wrap and/or a green apple followed by some junkies arguing with front desk staff. However, being evacuated out of the room at midnight because of the fire alarm was the cake topper. 2 townships had to respond. No attempt made to make the stay better, hard pass on another trip there.

I hadn't stayed at a Super 8 before but was looking for an inexpensive option this trip. Was delightfully surprised to find the staff friendly and helpful, the room very clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower especially good. No grungy showerhead here, and I was so pleased it was an easy, step-in shower rather than a step-over tub. The water heated almost instantly, and the water pressure was great! Well done Super 8!
