The staff members were pleasant and helpful, the room was clean, and the rainhead shower was great. However, the room had no closets at all, and the one bedside light was unreliable.

There is no sound attenuation between floors. I am usually a sound sleeper and not particularly sensitive to noise, but I could hear every footstep of the guest in the room above me at 3:45 in the morning and it sounded as if they were stomping around, though I expect they were just walking. This continued for more than one night and interrupted my sleep. I have never experienced that at a hotel before.
