Terrible Experience – Never Staying Here Again Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and completely unhelpful whenever we raised concerns. There was no running water between 11 AM and 4 PM, which was unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer good service. To make things worse, the hotel was noisy all day due to ongoing construction — impossible to relax or even get a decent night’s sleep. Instead of apologizing or offering any solution, the staff just brushed it off. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. Definitely not worth the money and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

The breakfast was good; the delicious breakfast burrito had the fluffiest eggs and the bread selection was adequate even if I didn't see any muffins or sweets. The bed was comfortable and the parking garage was full of light. There was no closet in the room so I had to hang my clothes on the door hardware. The door to the bathroom was supposed to roll or slide along its track but when I found out how much force it took to move the door I opted to leave it open.
