Accommodation In Mukono

Should you choose to spend some time in Mukono, do think about pre-booking a room as early as possible, because you won't find a wide range of hotel choices near the town centre.

Mukono is not known for being the accommodation capital of Uganda, however the Rider Hotel is close enough to the town centre to satisfy most travellers.

The Hotel Africana is situated 18 kilometres from the middle of Mukono. Or, alternatively, the Humura Resort is positioned 19 kilometres away. Alternative hotels are the Casa Miltu Hotel and the Mackinnon Suites.

Looking for more things to do? Spend a few hours checking out the Makerere University, Kasubi Tombs and Baha'i House of Worship, which you'll find in Kampala, 20 kilometres to the west of Mukono. The Protea Hotel Kampala and Kabira Country Club are a few of the short and long-stay options in Kampala. 45 kilometres to the southwest of Mukono, you may also choose to stay at Entebbe, which is home to the Protea Hotel Entebbe and Thames Hotel.
