Travelled with family and small children
Like I mentioned to customer services representative, the hotel didn't give us accommodation. They didn't find our reservation and so we didn't stay. They also didn't answered neither from me or customer representative feo. Expedia. I have to pay for last moment high price for the hotel at local place.
