Staff are very rude! Took 3 hr to check in! No proper room service. No support for shuttle service to airport as they claim. Overall worst experience

Never Again

The hotel is outdated and they care less about their customers. The furniture is dingy and closet is outdated and no toilet roll provided. I was only provided one towel for a 3 days stay. I hope they take this review to make it better for future customers.
