The hotel has a central location, close to Karlsplatz metro station with a direct S8 link from the airport. The staff were efficient in dealing with my luggage locker request (2 euros, secure room in the basement, reached by a lift). Helpful was the grab-and-go breakfast and free coffee pods. The room was small but well equipped with wifi, hair dryer, TV. But my concern is the noise coming from the homeless vagrants who either sleep in doorways (including this hotel's) and the long-closed department store next door. This issue should be looked into by the hotel owners with the authorities.

The room was small but highly equipped with almost everything I needed. It was clean, tidy, and very quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. The transportation options were excellent, with a stop right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to get around. The location itself was perfect close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall experience. Loved the stay and would definitely come back!

When I travel from the US to Munich this is my favorite hotel. It has a beautiful view of the city. I just enjoy the convenience of the location and the easy of checking in and out and the breakfast all at a reasonable price!

Very clean overall and friendly staff. Could benefit from better pillows and street outside was loud (almost constant ambulance / police sirens). Excelleny shower and handy additional locker service for luggage on departure and vending machine in reception.
