The location was key for me. It was very nice and clean. Easy check-in and check out. A great area with many dining opportunities in the middle of Munich. Short walk to everywhere, including public transportation. I would stay there again.

Nicely laid out but quite small. Very clean, comfortable bed and blackout blinds which is necessary as the flat faces the parking lot which is lighted. The kitchen is functional. The laundry room was very appreciated. The only thing was having sufficient room for suitcases. Overall a very nice place.

The room was comfortable and well designed with all of the conveniences. Complimentary beverages in the minibar was a nice touch. The location was excellent for walking to all of the best spots in the altstadt, plus restaurants and the Viktualienmarkt. It was also easy to reach from the Munich airport and to launch to the Garmisch area for our next destination. We had a bit of miscommunication about parking and missed out on the more affordable option, but it was a minor inconvenience.

Checking out was the best part of our stay. Coffee maker broken. Brought a new one. New coffee maker broken. SMALL room the size of a closet. No housekeeping. Had to ask for fresh towels. The front desk staff is nice & that’s about it. We couldn’t wait to leave. 10/10 for location if your headed to Christmas markets that were packed. So boring.
