Great Stay in a Cosy Attic Room

Stayed here with my son from 9–11 April 2025 and had a great experience overall. The room was big, cosy, and comfortable—perfect for a short stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The only slight inconvenience was having to carry large luggage up and down to the attic, where the room is located. Otherwise, a lovely place and would definitely recommend for light travelers!

Wir haben zwei Nächte dort verbracht.Du Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hätte uns sogar von der S- Bahnhaltestelle abgeholt. Das Zimmer war einfach und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, Bett/ Matratze waren sehr gut.Leider war die Verdunkelung nur eingeschränkt möglich und das Bad für große Menschen nur eingeschränkt bequem, bedingt durch Dachschräge.Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der FeWo und die Nähe zu München und die gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV genossen.

Nous sommes restés trois jours en Allemagne et ce petit appartement nous a permis de nous reposer après nos ballades : nous avons profité de la chambre et de la terrasse. L'appartement est équipé : matériel de cuisine, télévision, canapé, lit, bureau, table basse, serviettes de douche... ; le lit et le canapé sont confortables et les draps propres ; attention, cependant, il n'y a pas d'évier à proprement parler mais un lavabo dans la salle de bain et l'eau était blanche/calcaire. Cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un excellent séjour. Merci !

Das Zimmer war o.k.. Auf dem Balkon waren bei beiden Gartensesseln die Sitzflächen kaputt. Auch war es sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass es in der Wohnung nur ein Waschbecken im Bad gibt, in dem man auch den Abwasch machen muss.

Wir waren für eine knappe Woche hier. Leider können wir die vielen positiven Bewertungen nicht verstehen und hattenuns daranorientiert. . Die Gegend war gut, obwohl der Balkon zur Hauptverkehrsstrasse zeigte also war es ziemlich laut. Die Balkonmöbel waren nicht nutzbar, Die Sitzfläche war durchgebrochen und mit Holzbrettern stabilisiert. Es gab im Bad nur ein waschbecken das gleichzeitig als küchenspülbecken benutzt werden musste. Es gab auch kein Geschirrtuch. Küchenzeile war eine übertreibung. Der Heizkörper war mit einem ziegelstein befestigt, ansonsten wäre er wahrscheinlich gekippt. Also der Preis ist total überhöht. Für 25 die Nacht wäre völlig ok gewesen. Wir haben nichts gegen einfach aber eben nicht für so einen Preis.
