The young German lady on reception was extremely pleasant and she made my stay at the hotel unforgettable, in respect of making sure my stay was pleasantly exeptional. Very clean and modern hotel. Spacious room! Staff was OUTSTANDING!! Nataliya was the best at the bar. Restaurant and breakfast we excellent with lots of choices, especially the omelets. Everyone, especially the front desk staff made our first time visit to Germany a great memory. I would absolutely stay here again.

The sheets had mold on them and hairs. The first two days there was construction going on in the room above us. Very loud and we tried to change rooms, but the front desk said they were fully booked. Breakfast is very bland, but included. It costs about $40 to take Uber into the city. $100 Uber to airport. Just pay extra and stay in the city. This property is in suburbia.

The staff, restaurant, bar, and amenities, like laundry service and workout room, are great. The surrounding location is more industrial/business, but it's convenient if you have a vehicle. The nearest car charging station is a little ways away. I would stay here again.
