This hotel was very bad value for money. You would expect at over 200 euro a night that it would have some form of soundproofing. It doesn’t. Very noisy from people in the corridor and music that plays during the day close by. Staff were rude and didn’t engage. Only positive is it’s proximity to the station. (I found another hotel for half the price only 5 mins further away). Do not recommend staying here.

Pros:The staff and the room
Location:It's close to the main station which is convenient, however it didn't feel like a secure place and there were lots of unseemly looking people around
The hotel room and staff were excellent. However, I found the area surrounding the hotel to be a little bit seedy and didn't seem that safe at night (though it was close to the central station). Another issue was that I found some of the other guests to be a bit rude and did not respect my personal space. Overall, the hotel was in a convenient (though less pleasant) part of the city. This hotel may be adequate for those on a business trip but if you are on vacation I would suggest staying somewhere further from the central station or ideally somewhere outside of Munich. I feel that the most charming parts of Bavaria are outside of Munich. I feel that the city is overrated as a tourist destination and there isn't much to see outside of the main square (which can be done in half a day).
