Very good value and well-kept property. Friendly and hospitable staff on the front desk and the breakfast room. A little understaffed in the dining room at dinner time. Easy access to the Central Train Station and six stops on the tram to Marienplatz and old town.

I was disappointed with my stay. The floor and lobby had a strong, unpleasant smell, which made a p0or first impression. The location is quite far from Berlin's old town, so l'd recommend staying somewhere more central if you want easy access to key attractions. The room was missing some basic amenities no hair conditioner provided, which found surprising for a hotel of this category. Additionally, when asked for a receipt at checkout, the staff refused, stating it was against their policy due to my booking through Expedia. This is the first time I've heard of such a policy, and it felt unhelpful and inconvenient. Overall, would not choose to stay here again.

This is a 3-star hotel, so don't expect luxury. The room was very small but clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. The restaurant is nice, and the staff there are wonderful. However, the air conditioning struggled with the 27-degree heat, and it was disappointing that no coffee was available when the restaurant was closed—such as on May 1st.

Well located, helpful staff but basic hotel.

The hotel is well located by a main train station and around 20 minute walk into Marianplatz which is bustling with shops and places to eat. The staff are really helpful and we didn't eat in the restaurant but we did have a drink there which was lovely and a relaxing space to be. The actual rooms are small and basic. One bottle of water each which wasn't replaced when used. Small towels and only 1 provided although able to get more on request. The room was hot, no air con. No kettle in the room. Hairdryer has to stay in bathroom and have to hold the handle fully to make it work. No shampoo or conditioner provided. It was fine as a base to stay but if you want comfort i would not choose here.
