Good location, close to a tram stop and several minutes walk to Munich Central Station. The room was ample with good space and amenities; no coffee maker but with fridge. Breakfast was great with good variety.

The walls were all scratched up dirty looking. The only good thing about the hotel was its proximity to the train station. The third bed for kids was extremely noisy and uncomfortable. The room does not have any basic stuff such as a kettle for water heating.

Loved the room, and the service… but “Complimentary Breakfast” was only allowed for 1 guest of all 3 of us. This was not disclosed at check in. So getting a hefty bill (>$30) for 2 cups of coffee and a roll was very frustrating.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything we needed and ideal for exploring the area.
