One of the most miserable humans I've ever had the displeasure of meeting was on reception when we arrived. For someone working in hospitality then I would have thought being hospitable would be an absolute minimum. The rest was positive.

I kind of accidentally booked this place. I thought it was closer to town. Once I found out how to get into town, I had a few options and it worked pretty well. The hotel pretty much offered everything I needed. There was a small amount of snacks to pick from, included soup and pizzas, beer on tap, breakfast for a cost, there weren’t too many toiletries, but there was a dispenser of soap and a small teapot with a few copying options. Rooms were not cleaned every day, only at your request. That was fine with me.. You could ask for towels. This staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a kebab shop next-door, which was great. That was also DHL Parcel shop so you could send packages and purchase things. There was a discount grocery shop on the ground level of the building that was open 8-8. There was no phone, but there was a TV. For me only three channels, I think had English.. Recommended if you don’t mind being a little out of town. tram stops, right next-door, buses, go by and take you to the underground only a few blocks away from there you can go directly to the central train station and down town.

Ein super Hotel mit tollem Frühstück - reicht genau um ein paar Tage in der Stadt zu verbringen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön, das Bett auf Rädern etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wenns nur das ist. Das Personal ist super nett und auch dass das übrige Gebäck vom Frühstück im Laufe des Tages gratis zur Verfügung steht ist richtig toll! Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Bad war sehr ordentlich. Die Zimmer bieten ausreichend Platz sich zu bewegen. Man kann leider kein Fenster öffnen, aber die Heizung individuell einstellen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Bar hat ein tolles Angebot, mit Happy Hour und gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten auch für Gruppen. Beim Frühstück war für jeden was dabei. Kann es gut weiterempfehlen.
