At about 350 meters from the beautiful beach of Costa Rei, we offer a cozy and brand new detached villa for rent. Inside the villa there is a large living room with kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor; on the first floor you can find another double bedroom, two bedrooms with a bunk bed each, possibility of two extra beds (for a total of 10 beds). Outside there is a splendid terrace with a breathtaking sea view, furnished with table and chairs, where you can have breakfast and eat watching the enchanting sea of ​​the Costa Rei. The villa has just been renovated and newly furnished. Equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, outdoor shower, barbecue. It has a large garden on three sides with lawn, private parking spaces.

The house is OK... but it doesn’t look like in the pictures. The bedrooms are quite small.

Our stay was OK, but the owner and the lady from the agency are not very friendly. There isn’t a cleaning service and you have to pay for the bed linens and the towels.We spent 12 days in that house and nobody came for the cleaning not to mention that they didn’t change the bed linens or the towels during our stay... Although in the presentation they say that the house can acomodate 9 people, the bedrooms are quite small; two bedrooms have bunk beds. I think the location is more suitable for two families with small children. We had a lovely stay, but I think that the owner and the people from the agency need to reconsider their approach towards the people who are renting the property.
