Schöne Unterkunft

Das kleine Häuschen hat genügend Platz für 4 bis 6 Personen - es war sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Aussendusche fanden wir sehr praktisch - ein anständiger Wasserdruck und sehr schnell heisses Wasser war am Abend nach dem Strand wunderbar. Auch die grosse Terrasse mit Blick auf den schönen Rasen haben wir genossen. In 5-7min ist man zu fuss am wuderschönen Sandstrand von Costa Rei und auch der nächste Supermarkt ist sehr nahe und gut zu fuss erreichbar. Die Übergabe lief perfekt - und die Gastgeberin Ignazia ist super freundlich - wir wurden mit Kekschen und Sekt empfangen. Auch wenn es kein Luxusresort ist und das eine oder andere Detail perfekter sein könnte, wir waren voll zufrieden, verbrachten ganz erholsame Ferien und kommen gerne wieder!

Empfehlenswert

Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit sehr schöner großer Terrasse. Wir wurden mit Kuchen und Weißwein sehr herzlich von Ignazia & Gigi empfangen. Das Haus liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Strand und vom Supermarkt entfernt. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat war eine Spülmaschine. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt in Costa Rei war super. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und Ignazia und ihr Mann total nett und hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Strand war sehr kurz (200m) und das Meer und der Strand waren sehr schön und sauber. Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze zum parken.

Ottima posizione, vicinissima a un mare stupendo e ai servizi essenziali. La casa è molto pulita, accogliente, funzionale e curata nei dettagli. Wir waren 14 Tage dort und haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufgrund des guten Wetters nutzten wir tagsüber und abends die schöne großzügige Terasse, mit dem kleinen,sehr gepflegten Garten,wenn wir nicht unterwegs waren. Die Außendusche, auch mit warmen Wasser haben wir genossen. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Die Küche bietet ausreichend Küchenutensilien um selber zu kochen. Die Ausstattung der Räume ist ansprechend und freundlich. Ein Wermutstropfen ist lediglich die fehlende Badezimmer/WC Tür zu einem angrenzenden Schlafzimmer. Das andere Badezimmer ist seperat und unabhängig zu den Schlafräumen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Ignazia😊

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza in questa casa, pulitissima con tutto organizzato e funzionante. Splendido giardino e terrazzo in cui trascorrere momenti di relax. spiaggia sia libera sia attrezzata a circa 5 minuti a piedi, Piazzetta con market/bar/pasticceria/panetteria oltre al mercato (2 volte a settimana giovedì e sabato mattina) a 10 minuti a piedi. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, concludendo cava perfetta!

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir waren mit 4 Personen dort. Da es eine wunderbare Terrasse gab, und das Wetter gut war, haben wir nur draußen gesessen. Perfektes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Eine absolut empfehlenswerte, nachgerade perfekte Ferienunterkunft, in der wir Ende August 2018 zwei Wochen verbringen durften. Die Einrichtung des Ferienhauses ist sehr liebevoll und hochwertig. Die Ausstattung lässt – wie in den übrigen Bewertungen zu Recht betont – nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Bäder sind neuwertig, die Küche genügt allen Anforderungen einer größeren Familie. Die riesige Terrasse und der große Esstisch und die große Couch auf dieser ermöglichen ebenso wie die Außendusche (warm/kalt) unbeschwerte Ferien. Der nahe Strand ist zu Fuß auch mit Kleinkindern unproblematisch erreichbar. Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war überaus herzlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wunderschön, alles wie beschrieben - sogar noch besser

Das Ferienhaus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Qualitativ hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Ich verbrachte dort Ende Mai/Anfang Juni mit meiner Frau und meinem vierjährigen Sohn zehn wunderschöne Tage. Der nächste Strand ist gerade mal 300m entfernt und weitere schöne Strände erreicht man mit dem Auto bequem innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Die Gastgeber stehen bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und ein Kinderzimmer mit Stockbett und bietet somit genug Platz für zwei Familien mit ein bis zwei Kinder. Das Highlight ist die riesige überdachte Terrasse mit Esstisch, Liegestühlen und einer riesiegen, U-förmigen Couch mit Blick auf den gepflegten Garten. Alles in allem also absolut zu empfehlen. Wir bedanken und hiermit nochmal herzlich bei Ignazia für die schöne Unterkunft und den angenehmen, zuvorkommenden Empfang.

Ein Haus zum wohlfühlen!

Wir waren 2 Wochen zu viert in der Unterkunft. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen. In dem Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, vor allem die sehr große Terrasse hat uns gut gefallen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden , was benötigt wird. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Das Haus ist sehr gut gesichert und der Garten abschließbar. Ein Badezimmer ist neu gemacht. Die Matratzen sind gut. An allen Türen und Fenstern sind Fliegengitter. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für unbeschwerte Ferien.
