The house is located in a splendid and well-kept context of terraced villas 150 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the shopping center and restaurants. The house was completely renovated in 2012. It has a double private parking in front of the garden and another private parking near the shopping center.
It is the ideal home for those with children and for those who want to relax and enjoy a relaxing holiday, forgetting their car and enjoying the sea: the beach can be easily reached in two minutes on foot. You can also rest in the large porch or in the shade of the olive tree in the garden.
The house has two entrances one from the front internal parking if you come from the beach and one from the back on the internal path if you come from the shopping center.
The house consists of a 25 sqm front veranda, a living room furnished in poor art, a Lube brand steel kitchen, a double bedroom with wardrobe and a bedroom with wardrobe.
The rear veranda is completely covered and exploitable, equipped with external sinks.
The front garden has an outdoor shower with non-slip tiles.
The house is equipped in all rooms with air conditioning and heat pump.
The house has an autoclave water reserve in case of water shortage or low pressure.
A brick barbecue in the front garden and a portable one in the rear garden are made available to the guest.
