Very well-equipped chalet near Playa de Muro, with terrace, pool table and barbecue



Enjoy this cosy chalet located in one of the most sought-after areas in northern Mallorca, just 800 metres from Playa de Muro and about 300 metres from restaurants, shops and services.



The property has 137 m² of living space on a fenced plot of 400 m², ideal for enjoying privacy and comfort. It has capacity for 5 people and has 3 bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds.



The chalet offers 2 full bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite. The lounge-dining room is spacious, bright and comfortable, and the property has hot/cold air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the lounge, to enjoy a pleasant stay both in summer and in the cooler months.



Furthermore, it has satellite TV, Internet/WiFi and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen.



Outside, the main terrace has a table and six chairs, ideal for dining outdoors. It also features a ping-pong table and a billiard table, perfect for enjoying with family or friends. At the back, there is a barbecue area with hammocks, designed for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate.



The property includes a small shed, not suitable for a car, but very practical for storing bicycles, beach equipment or other items.

Emplacement au calme et à proximité de la plage et qualité générale de l’hébergement correcte avec les équipements annoncés billard, piscine ( qui a été inutilisable durant quelques jours mais équipe réactive sur place), et table de ping pong avec des raquettes médiocres, mieux vaut prendre les votres si vous aimez y jouer, cela a permis de passer globalement un séjour agréable mais de nombreuses petites contrariétés ont terni ce sejour
Maison au calme, conforme à l’annonce et accueillante de l’extérieur, pas de vis à vis gênant
Chambre lit 160, avec alèse présente lors du retrait des draps avant notre départ, mais matelas épouvantable, creusé et inconfortable
Salle de bain partagée entre chambre 160 et chambre de 2 lits simples , fonctionnelle
Coin salon du logement avec climatisation fonctionnant correctement, un gros plus vu la chaleur

Polecam serdecznie, było bardzo czysto jak przyjechaliśmy.

Spędziliśmy wspaniały wyjazd w tym domu. Przede wszystkim jest w bardzo fajnej okolicy, cisza i spokój, blisko do sklepu czy na plaże żeby pospacerować. Wyposażenie i stan maja dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Bilard i stół do pingponga zapewniają super zabawę na wieczory- extra sprawa. Sprzęt na plaże , lodówki , suszarka i inne potrzebne sprzęty sa w garażu wiec nie zabierają miejsca i nie hałasują. Bardzo polecam to miejsce, jedynie moze przydałaby sie zmywarka w kuchni ale my jedliśmy na miejscu tylko śniadania wiec nie było to dla nas duże utrudnienie :) Polecam serdecznie, było bardzo czysto jak przyjechaliśmy.

La casa en si está muy bien ,bien equipada,bastante grande, bien ubicada en una zona tranquila, es un punto a favor el tener la mesa de billar y de ping pong y la piscina para refrescarte en los ratos que no estás en la playa .Nos gustó bastante, y cumplierón con nuestras peticiones(cama supletoria, trona bebé y viajar con mascota) asi que genial recomiendo La cama grande de mi habitación,(os demás colchones bien de las otras 2 habitaciones)pero el que me tocó a mi pues acabas con dolor de espalda ... y que haya tán poca presión de agua en la ducha , aún habiendo 2 baños nos teniamos que turnar para ducharnos, pero en general bien

Belle maison

Belle maison bien équipée et agréable avec ses 2 terrasses son billard extérieur sa table de ping pong et une petite piscine hors sol entourée de magnifiques lauriers. Endroit calme à proximité de la plage. Comme nous sommes arrivés tard avion retardé nous avons apprécié la facilité d'accès. Dommage rien à boire ni à manger nous n'avons pas pu faire un café le lendemain. Par contre nous avons laissé de la marchandise pour les suivants : confiture café sucre huile épices..'Belle visite en bateau le long des côtes d alcudia je recommande ainsi que la vieille ville et son marché du dimanche.

W większości wszystko było ok

W większości wszystko było ok. Wyposażenie kuchni jest dosyc dobre nie brakuje niczego.. Czysto, pokoje małe ale wystarczające. Klimatyzacja była tylko w salonie. Musieliśmy spać przy otwartych drzwiach w sypialni żeby chociaż troszkę zimnego powietrza do nas doleciało. Brak oświetlenia przy basenie po zmroku nie mogliśmy już używać basenu ponieważ nic nie było widać. Grill przy basenie a stolik i krzesła ogrodowe po drugiej stronie domu, trochę nieprzemyślane rozwiązanie.

Grande maison bel endroit

annonce conforme à la location, petites précisions: en retrait dans une petite impasse non loin des commerces et de la grande plage de Patja de Muro belle maison terrasse agréable il manque un peu de vaisselle (pour 6) un chauffe eau pour tous le monde (limite pour 3) un lave vaisselle entrée/sortie de la location sans avoir vu quelqu'un (ni proporiétaire ou agence gérant la location !) attention aux moutiques agréssifs et aux avions la nuit ;-)
