Ibicencan-style house located just 30 metres from the beach, featuring air conditioning throughout the accommodation and consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an outdoor dining area and barbecue. It is a welcoming house with everything necessary to spend a dream holiday with your family and friends.

"Sagitario" is situated just a few metres from one of Mallorca's most spectacular white sand beaches, where you can enjoy long walks along the beach with beautiful sunrises. It is located in Playas de Muro, which has worldwide recognition as one of the most beautiful beaches. With fine white sand, it is ideal in summer for spending hours sunbathing, swimming, watching the sunrise, relaxing or practising sports. In winter the place is spectacular for walks, disconnecting, doing sports and enjoying beautiful evenings. As a family, with children, you can spend time in the sea.

Beach lovers find their own paradise here, as Playas de Muro beach is one of the best on the island due to its large expanse of white and fine sand and its crystal-clear waters. It is ideal for children because there is not much wave action and the slope from the shore is not steep. It is also perfect for water sports. A car is recommended but not strictly necessary. During high season, a bus runs to the centre of Puerto de Alcúdia every 15 minutes, which is only approximately 5 km away. There the atmosphere is more lively, the streets are full of shops, bars and restaurants. We recommend a visit to the old town of Alcúdia and its market on Tuesdays and Sundays.

Das Haus ansich war von der Lage her wie beschrieben. Was allerdings völlig unakzeptabel war, ist die mangelnde Sauberkeit und Ausstattung. Nur kurz ein paar Sachen stichpunktartig aufgeführt. Das Haus riecht modrig und war mega dreckig. Dreckig die Böden außen und innen, die Küche einfach nur eklig. Am Besteck waren Speisereste. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist verschlissen. Die Geräte verschlissen und nicht bedienbar, da abgenutzt. Die Küchenschränke dreckig und eklig. In der oberen Etage gab es auf der Terrasse keine Möbel. Die Außendusche ist defekt. Die Bettdecken waren ohne Bezug. Das ist eklig. Die Matratzen waren mega dreckig - pfui. Die Couch ist ebenfalls verschlissen. Es gibt zu wenige Nachttischlampen. Es gab kein warmes Wasser, keine Wechselbettwäsche, keine Wechselhandtücher. Nach einem Regenguss war der Strom inklusiv W-Lan weg. Bei über 2000 die Woche eine Frechheit. Ich habe die Kosten für die Reinigung 160 zurückgefordert. "Villafy Mallorca Rentals" (Herr Monse) war das egal. Die Top Bewertungen die man online findet spiegeln in keiner Weise die Realität. Die Bilder sind veraltet. Ein Haus in solch einem Zustand zu solch einem Preis zu vermieten ist einfach nur dreist.Villafy Mallorca Rentals - nie wieder!
Möchten sie auf dieser Matraze schlafen? Die Zudecken hatten keine Bezüge. Mega eklig.
Unter den Betten. Hier wurde definitiv nicht gereinigt. Reinigungsgebühr 160 Euro.

Monse, unser Ansprechpartner bei der Agentur war unglaublich freundlich und hilfbereit und war uns bei allen Anliegen eine große Hilfe!

Maison très bien située en bord de plage, dans un quartier calme, mais à 2 pas des commerces et activités de plage. Personnel pour l&#39accueil - remise des clés et départ au top ! Maison avec du charme, très propre, tout confort. Si il y a une chose de négative, c&#39est à la rigueur le rideau de douche. L&#39idéal serait d&#39installer une porte. Mais c&#39est anecdotique.

Das Haus hat wahnsinnig viel Charme und liegt nur etwa 2 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Durch die Lage in "zweiter Reihe" ist es auch an sehr windigen Tagen angenehm auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Ein großer Grill lädt zum gemütlichen Essen ein. Die Zimmer waren wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ausgestattet. Fenster und Türen entsprechen nicht dem deutschen Standard, bei sehr starkem Regen kamen ein paar Tropfen durchs Fenster und natürlich ist es nicht wirklich schalldicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns vorstellen,wieder zu kommen. Gerade die Lage ist unschlagbar klasse. Einkaufen kann man etwa 5-6 Minuten entfernt, auch einige Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der Check in war super freundlich und problemlos, auch bei Fragen bekamen wir schnell Antworten. Danke für die schönen Tage!
