Charming farmhouse with unique views and just a few minutes by car from the beach.



This cosy farmhouse creates a unique symbiosis between the old and the new. Part of the farmhouse is over 300 years old and creates a perfect unity with the new part. Renovated and restored with great attention to detail, this holiday property offers true rest and relaxation.



By mixing genuine antiques and modern elements, the furniture creates a cosy atmosphere, so that you can spend a wonderful time on the estate even in bad weather.



The farm is prepared for 6 people. The house has a habitable area of 145 m² on a plot of 22,000 m². The house is situated in a landscaped area of 4,000 m². The rest of the plot is used as a horse paddock during some months of the year.



The farm has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. One bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom are on the upper floor, the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the ground floor.



The living area is furnished with two comfortable sofas and a large coffee table, where you can spend a wonderful evening of gaming. Additionally, the house has satellite television, DVD, and music equipment. International television programmes are available.



In winter, you can get comfortable in front of the fireplace. Heating is also available (£1.15/litre).



The kitchen offers all the amenities to prepare delicious meals. Here, loving details have also been taken care of.



A well-maintained garden with a private swimming pool (4m x 8m) that refreshes and plenty of seating and loungers invite you to spend unforgettable hours in the countryside.



There are two beautiful covered terraces where you can have your meals or enjoy moments of relaxation and/or evenings in the living area.



There is also an outdoor kitchen with a Bull brand barbecue for communal grilling fun.



Moreover, there is a billiards table in the house and for the outdoor area several games and a ping-pong table for various hours.



There is a spacious car park and the well-known white sandy beach of "Playa de Muro" is just a few minutes by car.

Wonderful Stay, Wonderful Property

Great location and wonderful property. Loads of things for the kids to do at the villa i.e table tennis, pool, basketball and the villa is beautifully presented. Wouldn't change anything about our stay , we had a wonderful and relaxing break in Casa Nuria and would throughly recommend to anyone.

Entspannter Urlaub in idyllischer Lage

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Kommunikation vorab und während des Urlaubes war sehr gut. Wir haben die Möglichkeiten von Basketball, Tischtennis, Pool und Billard genossen, dadurch kam nie Langeweile auf. In 7 Minuten Entfernung war der nächste Supermarkt. Die Ausstattung der Finca war sehr hochwertig und neu. Kleines Manko waren die Matratzen im Erd- und Obergeschoss (Sprungfedern deutlich merkbar, durchgängige Matratze, dadurch war jede Bewegung des Partners stark zu spüren) Lieben Dank für den tollen Urlaub!!!

Maison très agréable et superbe extérieur

Nous avons loué cette maison pour une durée de 2 semaines et nous sommes très contents. Il y a juste quelques petits détails à améliorer pour la salle de bain à l'étage pas de meubles de rangement donc tous les produits de toilettes par terre et pas de penderie aussi à l'étage mais les 2 chambres du bas en ont donc au final ça va. Pas de meubles de rangement non plus dans la cuisine pour ranger les courses. La literie est à changer elle est vraiment très mauvaise. L’agence qui s’occupe sur place de la maison ne nous a pas prévenu que les jardiniers venaient 1 fois par semaine et il rentre sans sonner donc un peu bizarre mais ils sont très gentils et ils ne restent qu’une heure environ. La maison se situe dans un couloir aérien beaucoup d’avions passent mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Et vous aurez aussi l'agréable Surprise de cohabiter avec des paons dans la maison. La maison est vraiment agréable et au calme nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances!

Énorme déception - à fuir !

Nous avons réservé cette villa une semaine en aout cette année car elle présentait sur le papier tous les critères requis pour nos vacances en famille au calme. Or nous n'avons pas été informés via l'annonce et/ou l'agence de location Mallorca Charme à Muro de la situation de la villa, qui est dans le couloir aérien d'atterrissage de tous les vols vers Majorque (nuisances sonores permanentes avec des avions qui volent très bas et vous passent au dessus de la tête toute la journée nuit et à certains moments toutes les minutes... ). Nous avons en particulier très mal dormi car nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit pour faire circuler l'air en raison des bruits des avions (La température était de 35 degrés). Une deuxième information majeure n'a pas été portée à notre connaissance avant notre arrivée : la présence permanente de 20 paons à la villa, qui est en fait leur lieu de vie ! Ils défèquent sur toutes les terrasses y compris celle de la piscine, sur le salon de jardin qui n'a pas pu être utilisé pour cette raison. Ils perdent leur plume partout, qui volent dans la villa et crient de très bons matins...ils perdent des tiques remplies de sang de ci de là ... Malgré nos mails, l'agence Mallorca Charme n'a pas daigné nous répondre sur ces énormes inconvénients de la villa. En revanche nous avons été inondés de mails inutiles et redondants en amont (nous avons du donner 3 fois notre horaire d'arrivée par exemple ...) et aussi pendant notre séjour pour bien penser à ne pas dépasser 10h pour le Check out ! Ils devaient venir le lendemain de notre arrivée et ne se sont jamais présentés. Incompétents notoires ....
